Families and community members are invited to attend “A Day of Literacy and Community,” a special event celebrating reading, learning, and local resources. The event will take place on Wednesday, April 29, from 5:00 to 6:30 p.m. at a location on White Cottage Road in Angwin.
The event will feature an Authors Fest along with a Health and Services Hub, where local health and social service partners will be on-site to provide valuable information and resources for families.
Organizers say the event is designed to promote literacy while also connecting the community with important support services. Families are encouraged to attend and take advantage of the opportunities to engage with authors and learn more about available community resources.
